“Behavior is Communication”

PLC2 Ranch utilizes  custom designs and facilitates experiential learning opportunities with horses to help teams - their members, managers, and leaders - optimize strengths and explore challenges with this exciting and unique learning model.

Choose from 8 team building activities for 2-10 people, in a 3-4 hour session that focus on interpersonal relationships.

Spend time at our center, outdoors, participate in team building activities with and without horses
(better than another motivational speaker!).

Communication: horses are non-verbal but their body language is understandable.

Concentration, selflessness, and teamwork, are attributes enhanced when working with horses.

Improved self-esteem, self awareness, confidence and empathy, which are fundamental aspects of emotional intelligence.

• These skills translate into real-world applications. For example, developing trust can help mend strained relationships, while enhancing communications skills can aid in resolving conflicts in a healthier manner.

• No horse experience is necessary to participate, no horseback riding occurs in these lessons.
